N8 Fire & Safety is a Texas-based commercial fire protection company serving Bexar and Guadalupe Counties. References to "we," "our," and "us" mean N8 Fire & Safety. References to "you" mean the person or company using the Services.

3. Quotes, Inspections, and Service Agreements

Any quotes, estimates, or service descriptions presented on the website are general and do not constitute a binding offer. Specific scope, pricing, and terms for inspection, installation, repair, or maintenance work are governed by a separate written agreement or work order between N8 Fire & Safety and the customer. Where such an agreement exists, it controls over any conflicting language on the website.

4. Internal Integration Software — License & Scope

N8 Fire & Safetyoperates internal integration software (the "Integrations") that connects business systems used by our team — including accounting, field service, scheduling, communication, and voice automation platforms. These Integrations are deployed and maintained for the sole purpose of running our internal operations and serving our customers.

N8 Fire & Safety grants its authorized personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Integrations solely for internal business purposes. The Integrations are not licensed, distributed, resold, sublicensed, or made available to the general public or third parties. Any access by a third-party service provider is governed by a written agreement and limited to the scope necessary to deliver the contracted service.

You may not, and may not permit others to:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Integrations
• Use the Integrations to access data belonging to any party other than N8 Fire & Safety or its customers, except as expressly authorized by us
• Use the Integrations to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute access to the Integrations
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or labels on the Integrations

Information accessed via the Integrations — including customer accounts, invoices, inspection records, and communication transcripts — is confidential to N8 Fire & Safety and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

The Integrations connect to third-party platforms — including QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.), ServiceFusion, Microsoft 365, Vapi, and similar services — under the terms each provider sets for its API or application access. N8 Fire & Safety's use of those platforms is governed by the agreements between N8 Fire & Safety and each provider. We do not control the third-party platforms themselves, and your interactions with them are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. SMS & Voice Communications

N8 Fire & Safety uses SMS and automated voice systems to send service notifications, appointment reminders, billing notices, and after-hours intake. By providing a phone number, you consent to receive these communications. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of automated voice contact by speaking with a member of our team. Standard message and data rates may apply. Additional SMS terms are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and the Integrations are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, N8 Fire & Safety disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or completeness of information. N8 Fire & Safety does not warrant that the website or the Integrations will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing on the website constitutes legal, regulatory, or code-compliance advice; for binding guidance, contact our team directly or your authority having jurisdiction.
